    TERIYAKI POTATOES

    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 lbs red potatoes (about 5)
    • 1 Tbsp butter or margerine
    • 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce (I like Worcestershire sauce better)
    • 1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
    • Dash black pepper
    • Dash red pepper
    • Sour cream, optional


    Instructions


    1. Wash potatoes. Cut potatoes into 1" pieces and place in microwave-safe casserole.

    2. Dot potatoes with butter. Sprinkle with Teriyaki or Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, black and red pepper. Toss to combine.

    3. Cover; micro on high for 11-15 minutes or till potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking.

    4. Serve with sour cream, if desired. Makes 5 side-dish servings.
