TERIYAKI POTATOES

- 1-1/2 lbs red potatoes (about 5)
- 1 Tbsp butter or margerine
- 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce (I like Worcestershire sauce better)
- 1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Dash black pepper
- Dash red pepper
- Sour cream, optional
Instructions
- Wash potatoes. Cut potatoes into 1" pieces and place in microwave-safe casserole.
- Dot potatoes with butter. Sprinkle with Teriyaki or Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, black and red pepper. Toss to combine.
- Cover; micro on high for 11-15 minutes or till potatoes are tender, stirring twice during cooking.
- Serve with sour cream, if desired. Makes 5 side-dish servings.
