    This is a wonderful dip, or just as nice served on toasted baguette slices or baked phyllo squares.

    List of Ingredients




    2 (250 gr) packages cream cheese, softened
    12 ounces smoked salmon, crumbled but not mashed
    3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    3 dashes hot pepper sauce, optional
    1 teaspoon dried or fresh chopped dill
    2 to 3 tablespoons minced green onion, optional

    In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese on low until it is no longer hard.
    Fold in salmon, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, dill
    and onion; mix well and Serve.
