WESTERN OMELET

List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 tbsp margarine
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks with milk. Beat whites until fluffy. Melt margarine on large skillet. Saute pepper and onion until limp. Fold yolks and cheese into egg whites with salt and paprika. Pour over vegetables in skillet. Cover and cook over low heat until omelet is firm and set.
