- 1/2 cup bottled red tomato juice
- 1 Tbls fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh tomato chunks, frozen
- 1 Tbls plus 1 teas Worchestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1 1/2 cups small ice cubes
- freshly ground black pepper
- Garnish: skewered grape tomatoes, fresh basil, and cubes of mozzerella
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish.
