    List of Ingredients




    handful of blackberries
    couple splashes of cream
    splenda- much as you want berries can be tart/bitter


    *don't like blackberries use raspberries or strawberries up to you *

    put all ingredients into bullet's short cup twist on flat blade takes bout 20 seconds and your done. so true less then 60 seconds.
