    my own personal take on guacamole

    its odd cause i use lime zest. Tools Needed Ultimate Chopper,And Microplane.Maybe a knife and spoon to cut the avacados and to gut them out.

    List of Ingredients




    2 avacados
    piece of onion
    3 garlic cloves
    squeeze of lime juice
    lime zest *small amount bout 1 tsp*
    piece of pickled Jalapeno
    1 TBS sour cream

    Recipe



    pulse all ingredients in chopper til blended smoothly.


    what makes this an oddity*the lime zest*it adds a certain aura to the
    dip. and a hint of limey goodness



    its defintly a different taste.


    serve with corn tortilla chips.or what you like...
