1 Spaghetti Squash

Prick the spaghetti squash . cooks in microwave about 12-15 minute 5-6 minutes per pound. I had about a 2 lbs squash so Mine cooked up in between 12-15. cook til tender. When done slice in half. discard the seeds. Pull out the squash meat it comes out in strands like real spaghetti..
place tablespoon or so of sauce on squash and heat in microwave another 1 minute or so to warm the sauce.Serve as you would real spaghetti. . Add parmasean cheese or garlic salt what not..
Its good and NOBODY WILL KNOW ITS NOT SPAGHETTI. unless their there to see you fix the squash. I made this for my brother who can't have wheat pastas cause of celiac and he loved it.better then his glueten free rice flour spaghetti he normally gets.
