This is for the george foreman contact roaster,Two other important tools are a good boning /filet knife for slitting holes in the lamb, and the solid flavor injector.*don't have a solid flavor injector use your fingers to insert the mint*
List of Ingredients
1 2-3 Lb Boneless Leg of Lamb
Fresh Mint
Miss Dash Tomato Garlic Basil Blend
Olive OilRecipe
Preheat the contact roaster.
prepare lamb. If there is netting around it cut it off and remove.Cut slits in the lamb all over. fill the solid flavor injector with mint , if not use your fingers to push it into the slits.. rub the lamb with olive oil,and then rub it with the seasoning/miss dash all over liberally.
place in Contact Roaster cook til well done 170 degrees. at approximately 75 minutes for me was well done you can fiddle with the numbers depending on how you like your lamb done.
