    great recipe for bread machine quick bread/batter bread mode. and a nother thing if you have it on hand feel free to add some zest

    List of Ingredients






    Ingredients:

    3/4 Cup Canola Oil

    3/4 Cup Splenda Blend for Baking

    3 Eggs

    3/4 Cup Milk

    1 tsp Lemon Extract

    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    10 Drops of Yellow Food Coloring

    2 Cups All Purpose Flour

    1 TBS Baking Powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    2,3 or 4 tbs of poppy seeds

    Directions:

    Load ingredients in bread machine according to manufactures instructions . on Quick Bread or Batter Bread or Cake Selection.
