Very delicious way to eat you're greens.
Tools used-Microplane, knife..salad spinner, whisk, bowl
also i used the container the mesculan greens came in to prep the salad recycle and reuse as they say.
my mom loved this so much and raved about it . she's gonna have me make it for her christmas party at church and also work and etc..
List of Ingredients
container of mesculan greens
2 seedless naval oranges
golden raisens
purple onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Recipe
grate all zest of oranges..
place zest in bowl, whisk together with oil and balsamic vinegar...pour in to dressing container..
prepare greens, using salad spinner or rinse whatever way you prefer to prep them.a salad spinner helps get all the grit and gunk outta them though.
toss together with golden raisens,sliced purple onion,and orange sections*frmo the ones you zest*,also now pour over the amount desired of salad dressing..
Serve....
