Italian-Style Salami Pinwheels

List of Ingredients
1 tortilla (any color you like)
Mayonnaise
4 slices salami
2-4 slices of provolone
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
2 to 4 very thinly sliced tomatoes
Few slices of roasted sweet red peppers (optional)
Oil and red vinegar
Recipe
Arrange tortilla on work surface. Spread with mayonnaise. Layer on salami,
provolone, lettuce, tomatoes and sweet red peppers in a thin, even layer.
Sprinkle with oil and vinegar. Roll tortilla up in the shape of a cigar. Slice
the rolled tortilla crosswise into about 6 circular pinwheels, depending upon
how thick you want them. Wrap and pack.
