This recipe makes two servings for a seven month old and one serving for a 10 month old
List of Ingredients
3tbsp water
1/2 tbsp oats
½ dried fig, finely chopped or pureed
1 small banana, mashed
Recipe
Put the oats and the water in a small pan and bring to the boil.
- Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the fig
- Put the mixture to one side to cool, then add the banana and mix with a fork until well combined.
This recipe is suitable for vegetarians and those intolerant to milk and lactose. It can be stored for 24 hours in the refrigerator or four weeks in the freezer.
