3/4 cup finely chopped onion
6 large cloves garlic, minced (about 3 Tbsp.)
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
6 onion rolls, split
Recipe
COOK and stir onion and garlic in margarine in medium skillet on medium heat until tender but not brown; stir in sugar. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes. Stir in steak sauce; keep warm.
SHAPE meat into 6 patties. Place on grill over medium heat. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Place burgers on roll bottoms; top each with 3 Tbsp. sauce and roll top. Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
