Campfire Sausage and Potatoes

List of Ingredients
4 medium sliced potatoes
1 medium sliced red onion
1 cup of sliced portabella mushrooms
1 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 lb of sliced smoked sausage
2 Tbls of butter
2 Tbls freshly minced parsley
2 Tbls freshly minced tarragon
Salt and cracked black pepperRecipe
Preheat grill to 300 degrees and use medium flames while cooking. Layer the sliced potatoes, onions, mushrooms, sausage, cheese, herbs, salt & pepper on a large piece of heavy-duty foil with butter. Fold and seal the foil round the ingredients forming a pack. Place the foil pack on the grill for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. This meal is ready to serve and makes for easy cleanup! Yummy!
