    * 8 bone-in Rancher rib eyes
    * 4 oz. HT Traders Bold olive oil
    * 4 oz. HT Traders balsamic vinegar
    * 2 tablespoons Farmers Market fresh basil, chopped
    * 1 teaspoon Farmers Market fresh fennel, chopped
    * 2 oz. Farmers Market garlic, minced
    * 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    * 1 teaspoon kosher salt

    Recipe



    Combine the marinade ingredients in a pan.

    Add the bone-in rib eye to the marinade and coat completely. Allow the meat to marinate for at least 4 hours.

    Grill the steak rare to medium rare.
