PACKING-UP PORK CHOPS

1/3 cup bottled chili sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
Seasoned salt
4 pork chops (each about 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick) Recipe
Combine chili sauce, bourbon, mustard, soy sauce and Asian sesame oil in a pan (over outdoor grill). Cook to reduce sauce.
Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt.
Grill until almost cooked and add sauce about 15 minutes before done. Serve cooked through with edges lightly brown.
Serves 2; can be doubled.
