Dry Rub Mix (3 tablespoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon brown sugar)
1 standard slab baby back ribs
1-5 ounce bottle of Pickapeppa sauce

Rub the slab of ribs with the dry rub mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours. Grill the ribs over a low heat for 30 minutes. Baste the ribs with the Pickapeppa sauce at the end of the grilling for 5 or 10 minutes. It''s tasty mon!
