Truffled Scrambled Eggs

List of Ingredients
# 6 eggs
# ½ cream
# ¼ tsp. salt
# 1/8 tsp. pepper
# A few drops of truffle oil.
# Optional: One black truffle, packed in a jar, thinly sliced Recipe
Mix well the first 4 ingredients, in a bowl.
Using a nonstick sauté pan, and a heat resistant rubber spatula cook the eggs on top of the cast iron griddle, stirring well, until they are scrambled soft.
Add the drops of truffle oil and the optional sliced truffle and serve.
