    1 1/2 c Flour
    3 ts Baking powder
    2 ts Sugar
    1/2 c Tsp. salt
    1 c Milk
    2 Well egg, beaten yolks
    4 tb Melted butter
    2 Stiffly egg, beaten whites

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in milk gradually. Stir in yolks & butter. Gently fold in whites. Preheat waffle maker. Cook according to manufacturers directions, 4-5 minutes each.
