    2 cups original Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz) (optional)
    1/4 cup Bacos bacon bits

    Recipe



    1. Beat baking mix, milk, and egg in large bowl with wire whisk, or hand beater, until smooth.
    2. Stir in the cheese and Bacos.
    3. Pour into waffle iron and bake until golden brown.
