    List of Ingredients




    ¾ cup Baking mix
    ¼ tsp. Baking Soda
    ¾ c Buttermilk
    1 Egg

    Recipe



    Beat egg in a small bowl, add milk, and beat again. Sift dry ingredients together into a medium bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just moistened. Drop according to desired size on hot griddle, turn once more to brown other side.

    Option for waffles: add 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
