2 bags Success® White or Success® Brown Rice
1 pound bulk turkey sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 ounce) tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1-1/2 cups (6 ounce) shredded reduced-calorie Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook until lightly browned. Stir occasionally to break up sausage. Drain. Add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder and rice. Simmer 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
SERVES: 6 to 8
