List of Ingredients

2 lbs. ground meat
2 med. onions
2 pkgs. French chili mix
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato juice
2 or 3 sliced jalapeno peppers, optional


Recipe

Dice onions. Brown ground meat with onions. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Best if simmered overnight in crock pot.
