2 pounds ground beef
1 white onion
1 package of Williams Chili Seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
3-4 cans pinto beans with juice
1 large can tomato juice
choice of grated cheeseRecipe
In a large saut� pan, brown ground beef (do not drain the grease). Saut� chopped onion with the ground beef. After the ground beef and onion is cooked, add chili seasoning and salt. Stir to distribute seasoning.
Add pinto beans, tomato juice and let simmer for at least 45 minutes. Add grated cheese to top of each bowl and serve with crackers.
