2 pounds of ground chuck,
1 large white or yellow onion, diced
two 4 oz. cans of Mexican style stewed tomato slices, tear them apart
1 or 2 cans of dark red chili beans
2 pkgs of chili mix
3 or 4 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
3 tbsp Mexene chili powder
1 small can of Rotel diced tomatoes & chilies Recipe
After browning the ground chuck and onions drain off the grease and put in a 3 or 4 quart pot and add all other ingredients and bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and cover, stirring occasionally for about 45 to 50 minutes.
Delicious in a bowl with crackers, or chili dogs and you can boil spaghetti noodles and have diced onion and shredded cheese for a plate of spaghetti chili.
Put noodles on plate after cooking and draining, add chili, onions and a layer of shredded cheese.
