Buck's Spicy Motorcycle Madness Chili

2 lbs. ground bulk, hot Italian sausage
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Brooks Chili Hot Beans in Chili Sauce
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced Italian tomatoes
2 cans (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups tomato juice
2-3 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chipotle sauceRecipe
1. In medium frying pan, cook sausage until brown; drain.
2. Stir in chili hot beans, tomatoes, green chilies, mushrooms, tomato juice, chili powder, garlic powder and chipotle sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 1 hour.
Cook's Note: For extra hotness, add 1 tsp. of red pepper flakes.
