2 pounds ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 can tomato paste
3 stalks celery chopped
1 can McCormick/Schilling Chili Hot Powder
1 can Bush Chili Beans
shredded cheddar cheese as a garnish (optional)
chopped onions as a garnish (optional) Recipe
In a medium to heavy skillet, brown the meat.
Add the onions and cook until tender.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly for one hour.
Editors Note: This dish would cook up great in a slow cooker also. Serve up with crackers and shredded cheese and chopped onions as a garnish.
