Chunky Turkey and Vegetable Chili

2 lbs. ground turkey
1.48-oz. chili seasoning mix
1 cup water
1 cup finely chopped carrots
2 chopped zucchini squash
1 chopped onion
2 (15-oz.) cans pinto beans in sauce
2 (14 1/2-oz.) cans diced tomatoes with juice
Shredded Cheddar cheese for garnish
Chopped red onion for garnishRecipe
1. In Dutch oven coated with cooking spray, cook ground turkey 6 minutes; drain. Stir in chili seasoning and water. Add carrots, squash, onion, beans and tomatoes.
2. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes; stirring often. Garnish with cheese and red onion.
