    List of Ingredients




    1 large onion (diced)
    1 large green pepper (diced)
    2 Garlic Cloves (mined)
    2 T. Olive
    12 oz. Soy Crumbles
    1 15 oz. Can Black Beans (rinsed & drained)
    1 large zucchini (diced)
    1 11 oz. can corn (undrained)
    2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce (no salt added)
    2 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes & green chilies
    1 15 oz can pinto beans (rinsed & drained)
    1 pkg chili season mix

    Recipe



    Saute onion, green pepper & and garlic in oil in large stock pot. Stir in beef substitute and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer stirring often, 20 minutes.
