1 package Chili powder
1 package Sloppy Joe Powder
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
Assorted Peppers ( red, green, yellow)
1 Zucchini Green and yellow
1 large can Chilli style canned tomatoes
1 package Veggie Ground Round
Assorted cans Beans (Black, kidney, white,
Mixed salad beans, baked beans)
1 small Can corn (optional)Recipe
Chop onion and garlic, fry in oil untiltransparent. Chop and add peppers. Diceand add zucchini. Add large can of chopped tomatoes and simmer. Add the sloppy joe mix and half the chilli mix, simmer.Add veggie ground round, simmer. Drain,rinse and add beans. Heat evenly, don'tovercook. Better the next day! * Expandthe resipe by adding more beans and another can of tomatoe sause. Also, add therest of the chilli powder to taste.
*Secret: Add a dash of maple syrup to sweeten to taste.
