1 pounds chuck tenderloin meat cubed
teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 cube chicken boullion
1 cube beef boullion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons Gebhardt's chili powderRecipe
Brown meat in 1 teaspoon Crisco. Add 1 can beef broth and 1 8-ounce can
tomato sauce. Add above spices. Cook until tender.
30 minutes before turn in for judging add:
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon fine black pepper
3 tablespoons Gebhardt's chili powder
1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
Add water or beef broth for consistency.
