1 medium green bell pepper -- chopped
1 medium red bell pepper -- chopped
1 medium red onion -- chopped
1 medium zucchini -- chopped
30 ounces stewed tomatoes -- 2 cans
1 teaspoon chili powder
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
15 ounces kidney beans, canned -- drained and rinsed
Recipe
1. Saute veggies.
2. Heat tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices in large pan.
3. Add veggies and beans.
4. Simmer 30 minutes and serve.
