* 3 Strips Bacon -- Chopped
* 2 Pounds Venison -- Chopped
* 1 Pound Pork -- Chopped
* 6 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
* 2 Large Onion -- Chopped
* 3 Medium Ancho Chili Peppers -- Roased, Chopped
* 2 Medium Poblano Peppers -- Roased, Chopped
* 4 Cups Black Beans -- Cooked
* 6 Tablespoons Chili Powder
* 4 Tablespoons Cumin
* 1 Teaspoon Salt
* 3 Cups Tomatoe Sauce
* 2 Cups Beef Broth -- Hot
* 1/2 Cup Epazote -- Chopped
* 1 Teaspoon Oregano
* 1 Teaspoon Paprika
* 3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
Recipe
add meats to pan; brown on all sides; add garlic and onions; saute 5 minutes; add chilis; saute 2 minutes; add beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, tomatoe sauce and broth; stir well; cover, simmer 1 hour
add herbs, paprika and vinegar; stir, simmer 15 minutes; serve with big loaf of crusty bread
