2 lbs Ground Beef
8 oz Can Contadina brand Tomato Sauce
16 oz Water
16 oz Brooks brand Chili Hot Beans
1 Small white onion chopped
4 tbs Chili Powder Medium
1-1/2 tsp Paprika
2 Cloves Garlic minced or 1 tsp Lawry’s Garlic Salt with Parsley
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano leaves
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Red Pepper (Cayenne) Add Extra tsp to increase heat.
2 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers sliced thin
Recipe
Cook meat with onions. Drain Fat. In large pot add all ingredients except beans and simmer at least three hours. Add beans and simmer another 30 minutes. Serve with spaghetti noodles, grated cheddar cheese, chopped white onions, oyster crackers, and sour cream.
As with all great chili recipes serve the following day for best flavor.
