    List of Ingredients

    2 pounds Ground Beef
    2 pounds sirloin steak cubed
    1 onion (diced)
    1 red pepper (diced)
    1 green pepper (diced)
2-20 oz. cans Frank's Spiced Tomatoes Diced
2-28 oz. cans Hot chili beans (or mix chili & kidney beans)
1 46 oz. bottle spicy V-8 or Bloody Mary Mix, spicy)
1/4 cup of butter (1 stick)
    1 Tablespoon ground cumin
    1 Tablespoon salt (to taste)
    2 Tablespoons black pepper
    3 Tablespoons chili powder
Liquid Smoke (hickory) and Red Hot to taste

    Recipe

Robust tomato sauce with spices of cumin, peppers and chili powder. Thick, fresh vegetables and a solid base of Wisconsin Choice Beefs make this a satisfying meat.

Saute beef and onions using one stick of butter until just done. Saute peppers until just soft. Add entire contents to large pot. Add tomatoes and beans in layers. Ad V-8 juice to top and stir in sauces. Simmer for 2 hours then refrigerate over night. (If desired, skim off fat when cold) Reheat and serve. (P.S. If you like celery, add chopped celery in last 20 minutes of reheat to provide crunch!)
