MAJOR COJONE'S CHILI

List of Ingredients
1 lb bacon
2 lbs ground beef or venison
2 lbs hot pork sausage
4 diced Jalapenos
1 lg green or red pepper
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
2 28-32 oz cans hot chili beans
2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
2 large onions finely chopped
1 28 oz can tomato sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 cup ketchup
4 dashes of hot sauce
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2-3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of waterRecipe
Fry bacon until crisp.
Brown sausage and beef.
Drain grease and add the remainder
of ingredients.
Simmer 3 hours
Consider spaghetti, cheese and crackers.
All shifts agree this is the best chili recipe they have ever tried.
