    1 pound Rainbow Run Bison Stew Meat
    •2 cups chopped onions (save some for topping)
    •2 tablespoons minced garlic
    •4 tablespoons chili powder
    •2 15-oz cans tomato sauce
    •1 cup water
    •2 19 oz cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    •2 cups 100% canned pumpkin

    Recipe



    •Brown chili meat with onions and garlic
    •Transfer to a 6-quart pot or crockpot
    •Add remaining ingredients
    •Cook until meat chunks are your desired tenderness
