    1 cup chopped onion
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cups DRY texturized vegetable protein (TVP)
    4 cups water 1 can regular soybeans, rinsed and drained
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can black soybeans, rinsed and drained
    1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes with liquid
    3 TBS. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours. You may substitute 1 bag of vegetable protein crumbles for the 2 cups of dry TVP and 2 cups of water.
