1 Cup Oil
4 lbs. Ground Beef
Cook until beef is brown.
Add:
1 large onion, diced
1 head celery, diced
1 green pepper
1 T black pepper
1 T salt
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
6 level T chili powder
12 oz. tomato paste
48 oz. water
Cook for 1/2 hour.
Add #10 can kidney beans, dark or light (don't drain).
Let cook for another 1/2 hour. Adjust salt.
