Robin's Red Bean Chili

2 pounds ground bison, browned
•1 teaspoon minced garlic
•1 tablespoon ground cumin
•1 tablespoon ground black pepper
•1 tablespoon hot chili powder
•1/2 large onion - shredded
•3 cups raw Pueblo chili - shredded
•6 ounces red wine
•2 cups brewed Kona coffee
•2 15-ounce cans of diced tomatoes
•2 15-ounce cans of hot chili beans
Recipe
•Brown the bison meat
•Add spices, onion, Pueblo chili and wine
•Heat thoroughly
•Add coffee, bean and tomatoes
•Cook on low for 2 hours or until ready
•Serve with buttered tortillas
