List of Ingredients
1lb "ground" tvp
1 lg can chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
beans (black beans and kidney beans)
chopped carrots, zucchini, onions (quantity to taste...),
chili powder
salt & pepper
fresh garlic
fresh basil
cumin
Mrs. Dash
cayenne peper (to taste)
Play with the seasonings...it's the only way.
Also can add yellow squash, chickpeas, lima beans...I've even added sweet potato on occasion.Recipe
Cook till veggies are tender and serve over rice topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream (or vegan equivalent)
