Yields: 5 gallons or 80 servings
List of Ingredients
3 cans tomato strips
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans
7 lbs ground beef
4 red bell peppers, medium dice
4 green bell peppers, medium dice
2 large white onions, medium dice
2 T black pepper
1 T onion powder
1/2 C garlic
3 C chili powder
1 T salt
Recipe
Place onions and peppers in a large pot and sauté.
When the onions are translucent add the ground beef.
When fully cooked add in the tomato strips, tomato sauce, spices and beans. Mix thoroughly.
Let chili simmer on low for three hours.
