Triple Bean Buffalo Chilli

1 lb (450 g) ground bison
1 each 16 oz (500 ml) can kidney beans, garbanzo beans (drained), pork ‘n beans
1 jar chunky spaghetti sauce
1 cup (250 ml) hot pepper rings
½ onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup (60 ml) chilli powder
1 tsp (5 ml) dried oregano leaves
1 (5 ml) ground cumin
Recipe
Brown bison meat in a skillet over medium heat. Save drippings and sauté onion, celery, and garlic until onion is clear. Take sautéed vegetables and hot pepper rings and put in a blender. Liquefy. Pour in a 6 quart pot along with the meat and add remaining ingredients except the 3 cans of beans. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and cover. Simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until desired consistency, about 20 minutes. Serves 4-6.
