    1 tin kidney beans
    1 tin chick peas (garbanzo beans to an american...not sure what you will
    call them)
    1 tin tomatoes
    1 large onion
    3 cloves garlic
    dried chilli peppers
    fresh chilli peppers or chilli powder according to taste
    1/2 teaspoon coriander
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1 green pepper
    2 courgettes
    carrots and mushrooms (quantities depending on how much you want to make)
    1-2 tablespoons oil

    Recipe



    Put oil in pan and add chopped onion. Cook on a low heat until the onion starts to go transparent. Add the crushed garlic and the spices, and cook for a few more minutes, stirring from time to time. Add the mushrooms, courgettes and pepper, stir well, and cook for a few more minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and allow to simmer for about 15 -20 mins. Adjust seasoning if required before serving. Serve with boiled rice, soured cream and guacamole.
