List of Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. sirloin, cubed
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
4 jalepeno peppers, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can dark red kidney beans
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1 lg. can whole tomatoes, crushed
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper


Recipe

Brown sirloin. Add peppers and onion and cook until tender. Place in large pot. Add tomato sauce, paste, whole crushed tomato and beer. Add spices and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours. Add beans and serve.
