Barbecue Soy Sausage Chili

2 T. soybean oil
1 medium onion, diced
3 packages Gimme Lean!™ Beef Style, broken into pieces
1 8oz. can kidney beans, drained, low sodium
12 oz. barbecue sauce, low sodiumRecipe
In a 3-qt. saucepan over medium heat, saute the onion in the oil until soft and slightly brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the Gimme Lean!™ and continue to stir until it browns.
Add the beans and barbecue sauce; mix thoroughly.
Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
