3 pounds ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (46-ounce) can tomato juice
1 (16-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, pureed in food processor
6 ounces beer
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans chili beans, undrained
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can refried beans
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 (1-ounce) packages Williams Original Chili Seasoning
Corn chips and shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish (optional)
Recipe
Season ground beef with salt and pepper and cook in a large soup pot with onion and pepper. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Serve in bowls and top with corn chips and cheese.
