    Bison County's Awesome Chili

    Bison County , Waltham, MA
    5 spanish onions chopped
    8-10 jalapenos chopped
    1/2 cup chopped garlic
    10 lbs ground beef
    (cook until beef is cooked through and onions are soft)

    3-4 lbs grilled skirt steak chopped
    1/2 lb. cooked and chopped bacon
    3 1/2 qts tomato puree
    3 1/2 qts ground tomatoes
    3 qts water
    12 lbs kidney beans
    (add to above mixture and simmer for 2 hours until cooked down)

    chili powder
    cumin
    oregano
    salt
    pepper
    (add these spices to suit your taste)
