Charged-up Chili

List of Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 16-ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1 16-ounce can dark kidney beans
1 16-ounce can light kidney beans
1/4 cup hot peppers
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Brown ground beef; drain fat. Mix in tomato sauce, tomatoes and kidney beans. Cook on medium heat. Add hot peppers and onions. Mix in chili powder, hot pepper sauce and seasonings.
Cover with lid and turn to low heat; simmer 3 hours. When serving, top with shredded cheese. Makes 12 1-cup servings.
