2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large can tomato juice
2 cans light red kidney beans
2 cans dark red kidney beans
2 cans mild Brooks Chili beans
chili powder (add as much as you like)
macaroni or other pasta of your choiceRecipe
1. Mix juice and 6 cans of beans in very large pot, cook on medium.
2. Brown ground beef in skillet
3. Add ground beef to juice and beans in large pot.
4. Cook til boiling. Turn heat to low and cook for 1 more hour.
5. Boil amount of pasta you would like to add to the chili mixture. When almost done, drain and add to the chili.
Serve with butter crackers.
Makes LOTS of servings!
